災後遭凡那比水淹的來義村東部落,今天下午終於有水喝了!由於來義村的飲水設施是簡易自來水,早在八八水災就被沖掉了,縣政府特別請求自來水公司,載運引用水應急,以緩和災民長期飲用混濁的山泉水,或慈善機構賑濟的礦泉水.
