Tainan flooded by typhoon Fanapi 嘉南藥理科技大學水災

    After hammering South Taiwan with strong wind since Friday night with a brief reprieve from the wind Saturday afternoon, Tainan is once again flooded  by a strong typhoon, this time by typhoon Fanapi. Last year it was typhoon Morakot that caused the enormous flooding. The photos were taken from the roof top of the post graduate students dormitory of CNU(嘉南藥理科技大學).
