汗伯從小生長在七股，對於當地資源非常珍惜，長期對虱目魚料理創作情有獨鐘，並發展出個人特色。
然而隨著時代進步，傳統逐漸匿跡，汗伯依然堅持員則持續製作，
並將虱目魚甘與獨特醃製法-乾捕的製作過程無私的傳送出去。
