隨著無人機技術的廣泛應用，從農業噴灑、測繪、影像拍攝到災害救援，無人機已成為現代社會不可或缺的技術工具。為了協助原住民族群掌握這項技能，原住民族委員會特別委託花蓮縣無人機應用協會舉辦專業證照培訓，吸引了超過百名學員報名參與。

As drone technology becomes increasingly integrated into various fields such as agricultural spraying, surveying, aerial photography, and disaster relief, it has become an essential tool in modern society. To help indigenous communities acquire this skill, the Council of Indigenous Peoples commissioned the Hualien County Drone Application Association to organize a professional certification training program, drawing over a hundred participants.

目前，該培訓課程已進入第三梯次，學員們透過理論與實作訓練，不僅學習如何操作無人機，還能應用於農業噴灑、測繪及影像拍攝等多個領域。這不僅為地方產業注入新活力，也為學員創造更多職業選擇。

Now in its third phase, the training program provides both theoretical and practical lessons, equipping participants with drone operation skills applicable to agricultural spraying, surveying, and aerial imaging. This initiative not only injects new vitality into local industries but also expands career opportunities for trainees.

Trainees Share: Drones Make Farming More Time-Efficient and Effective

77歲的林茂城來自花蓮光復鄉，從事農業多年。他表示，過去噴灑農藥是非常辛苦的工作，但學習無人機操作後，大幅減少了勞力負擔，還能提升作物品質。

Lin Mao-cheng, a 77-year-old farmer from Guangfu Township in Hualien, has spent decades working in agriculture. He shared that pesticide spraying used to be an exhausting task, but after learning how to operate drones, he significantly reduced his workload while improving crop quality.

「我三個兒子問我，年紀這麼大還要學什麼？但我覺得這是未來趨勢，無人機能幫助我們更輕鬆地完成農作，對年輕人來說也是一個很好的學習機會。」林茂城笑著說。

“My three sons asked me why I still want to learn at my age. But I see this as the future! Drones make farming easier, and it’s a great learning opportunity for young people as well,” Lin said with a smile.

專業證照開啟無限發展可能

Professional Certification Unlocks Unlimited Career Potential

無人機教官蔡明寶（Abaw Umaw）表示，隨著無人機應用範圍不斷擴展，持有專業證照的飛手需求大增。無論是農業、測繪、3D建模還是影像產業，未來發展空間極為廣闊。

Drone instructor Abaw Umaw noted that as drone applications continue to expand, the demand for certified drone pilots is increasing. Whether in agriculture, surveying, 3D modeling, or the imaging industry, the future prospects are incredibly promising.

「透過無人機噴灑農藥，不僅能大幅縮短作業時間，還能提高精準度。此外，無人機在物流、建模等領域的應用也越來越多，學員若能掌握這項技能，未來發展空間相當大。」他補充道。

“Using drones for pesticide spraying not only reduces operational time but also improves accuracy. Moreover, drones are increasingly used in logistics and modeling. If trainees master this skill, they will have great career prospects ahead,” he added.

隨著培訓課程的推進，許多學員正積極準備考取證照，期待未來能將這項專業技術應用於各個產業領域，開創全新的職涯發展道路。
