顏振發可說是台灣僅存的電影看板師父，因為對畫畫的熱誠而展開了他畫的一生，因為沒有上過藝術學校，所以對畫不會說出甚麼樣的大道理，對於這個行業的沒落，他感到十分惋惜，不過他還是堅持著，要讓大家看到他更多好的作品。
