99年6月9日，在台南市安南區的嘉南大圳 安順大排再度發現污染，受污染的河段長度約為3公里，在安順淨水廠的橡皮壩出現一大片白色的泡沫，而上游的水是黑色的，還充滿黑色的淤泥，下游則是紅色的廢液，疑是有人在雨天時偷排。
