桃園地景藝術節選在航空城徵收範圍的空軍基地舉辦，引發反迫遷的居民及社團質疑桃園縣政府根本不重視桃園在地的文化跟地景，更不重視住在土地上面的人民。上週末藝術節開幕時就已經引來民眾舉布條表達意見遭警方強勢驅離，還造成民眾受傷的局面。9/14桃園地景藝術節閉幕典禮時，航空城計畫反迫遷的居民及社團將再次到藝術家霍夫曼的大型玉兔旁開講，並以行動劇（改編自三隻小豬的哭泣的月兔黑貓）諷刺政府跟財團是強強民宅的大野狼。
