2007年6月23日起舉行的第二屆全國河川會議上，除了三民愛鄉聯盟，與桃源鄉愛鄉權益聯盟的原住民朋友，出席表達對於曾文水庫越域引水政策不滿之外，包括高雄綠色協會等團體都從生態與學理上詳加說明。
