Although the moon is full tonight, but the hearts of Tsai Shel-liang(蔡學良)'s family were broken in pieces. The son of the family, Tsai Shel-liang(蔡學良) was found dead in his military service 6 years ago, alleged suicide, cause of unknown as many other DIMS(Die in military service) cases by MND(Ministry of National Defense國防部)’s official reply.
The mother of Tsai Shel-liang(蔡學良) has starting a hunger strike since May 10th, as MND(Ministry of National Defense國防部) was being negligence and unwilling to bring the truth to light, & the judge said to her that “The high court has no way to order MND, so you can try using your own way to evoke them.”
Today is the 5th day of mother Tsai's hunger strike right in front of MND, & she has been sent to hospital for started to have impaired liver and kidney function(It means that her organs are in danger).

空軍蔡學良命案於五月五日於高等法院進行第四次審理。法官表示他「有責無權」，並向蔡媽媽說：「妳可以選擇自己的方式。」於是，謹參考庭審法官建議，蔡媽媽決定用自己的方式，也就是絕食，來試圖喚起法官與國防部對此案該負的責任與義務。
空軍士官蔡學良命案真相迄今不明，蔡學良的母親尤瑞敏11日開始在國防部大門絕食靜坐抗議，今早因體力不支緊急送醫，晚間又回到國防部繼續絕食。蔡媽媽的女兒說，媽媽的身體已經相當虛弱了，但媽媽說會絕食到國防部同意進行彈道測試為止。
蔡學良6年前在單位打靶時，被人發現死在靶場，軍方以「自殺」結案，但蔡媽媽質疑兒子的死因而到處陳情，11日開始無限期在國防部前絕食靜坐抗議。
今天是蔡學良27歲生日，尤瑞敏曾說：「好想開心的再幫他慶生一次。」因此公民1985行動聯盟特別在網路上發起「513學良追思晚會」，號召群眾晚間7點到國防部一起為蔡學良完成未完成的約定-「大家這天都來當蔡媽媽的孩子！」現場人士除送給蔡媽媽鮮花外，並用蠟蠋排出一顆心， 送給繼續進行絕食的蔡媽媽。
洪仲丘的舅舅胡世和也到現場聲援，他強調，不管是洪仲丘案，還是蔡學良案，國防部迄今都沒有給社會一個交待，他呼籲大家繼續監督國防部，否則還會發生洪仲丘案或是蔡學良案。
