拔林米店碾米了!2014.02.17
因為現代人煮飯機會少.食米量也減少.導致傳統碾米廠幾乎都歇業.拆除碾米設備.賣起糧商的小包裝米.
*拔林米店*位於台南市官田區拔子林.設立於民國63年.是官田區唯一還在碾米的傳統米廠.
賴春南表示戒嚴時期米量管制.買賣碾米數量都要列冊上報.精米也只能7成白.8成白就要罰錢.現在的包裝米都精米到10成白.比較沒營養.但口感較好.
