台北燈節點燈活動於 102年2月21日在圓山花博，儘管下雨，依舊吸引民眾觀賞，現場熱鬧滾滾。
主燈「蛇斑斑」高五公尺、金色蛇身戴紅框眼鏡，使用一萬六八八八（一路發發發）個回收塑膠瓶製作而成，活潑俏皮，身上七彩的鱗片，閃耀著七彩光芒，炫目登場，主打科技及環保風格，符合今年的主題，「幸福城市環保永續」。

主燈蛇斑斑，該劇場每晚七到十一點，每隔卅分鐘展演一次。
燈會活動期間為102年2月21日起至3月3日止，為期11天。
