8th PeoPo University Campus Chief Editor’s Meeting

The 8th PeoPo University Campus Chief Editor’s Meeting took place on 27th April at the PTS studios, providing an opportunity for all chief editors to get together. The activity started at 10am and chief editors immediately began taking turns introducing their school’s production processes. Following on, there was an in-depth discussion and analysis of footage presented by each school. Finally, at the awards, Shih Hsin University took the title for the third year in succession.

This time round, PTS evening news anchor Huang Ming-ming was invited to share her valuable knowledge on news topics with the students. In the afternoon students toured the PTS newsroom and were even allowed to sit in the anchors seat to present a mock news broadcast.

The PeoPo University Campus Chief Editor’s Meeting is hosted in the hope of facilitating a greater interaction between schools, thereby creating opportunities to unearth more important topical issues. This is an important step, equipping students with the skills to walk confidently out of the campus and enter into the community.

第八屆校園採訪中心總編輯會議，四月二十七日在公視電視舉辦。PeoPo校園採訪中心的總編輯齊聚一堂。活動從早上十點開始，首先由總編輯們介紹各個學校的新聞產製流程，接下來是校際影片觀摩，最後首獎由世新大學獲得三連霸。

這次也請到公視晚間新聞主播黃明明，針對新聞議題跟同學分享，下午更讓校園總編輯觀賞公民新聞報的錄影現場，並讓同學實際擔任主播報導。
