Black Hand Nakasi is a grassroot’s band using music and interaction with the audience to focus attention on workers issues and give a voice to those neglected segments of our society. The group takes to the streets to spread their political ideology, and work to give a voice to the normally voiceless working classes. Through continual practice and creativity Black Hand Nakasi has created a non-mainstream musical style of their own, which documents history and they hope, will help make a change for the better in Taiwanese society. In contemporary society people continually debate policies of the main political parities but seem to have forgotten what people really need. Black Hand Nakasi’s musical style gives society a chance to hear the true grassroots voice again.

在台北有一個反政治樂團：「黑手那卡西」，他們用音樂唱出社會被忽略的基層聲音，透過音樂與民眾互動，要讓社會關注到勞工問題，替基層勞工對外發聲。黑手
那卡西自發性的組成了街頭走唱隊，走上街頭向民眾表達他們的政治理念，用他們的音樂與民眾做互動，讓社會重視到勞工問題，使基層的聲音能被聽見。
透過不斷的練習與創作，就是為了要創造出非主流音樂的價值，黑手那卡西用自己的音樂寫下歷史，希望用這樣的音樂傳達給民眾，改善台灣的社會環境。現今社會
每個人都爭論著政黨之間的政治，卻忘了民眾最需要是什麼，而黑手那卡西用他們的音樂形式，讓社會聽見不同的基層心聲。
