Beitou Storytellers narrates the “heart” of Beitou

Beitou is famous for its hot springs and was one of the first regions in northern Taiwan to develop. Beitou Storyteller, a little-known organization in the area, believes that when introducing people to new things it is best to set off from a familiar starting point. Therefore, Beitou Storyteller began capturing the public’s attention through the popular Beitou Hot Springs and later began conducting guided tours and providing a more comprehensive introduction to the area via the Internet. Beitou Storyteller aims to slowly introduce other important local features and reveal a different kind of Beitou to the public.

Through community building, cultural representation, the development of local characteristics, and educational promotion, Beitou Storytellers endeavors to awaken a sense of identity and mission in its resident towards the land. Utilizing various fun activities, Beitou Storytellers is attracting people and changing the public’s impression of Beitou, sharing the impressive multicultural history and culture of the area.
