希臘擬投資270億美元，推動高科技國防現代化

希臘政府宣布，計劃在未來十年內投資約270億美元（250億歐元），以現代化其國防力量，重點發展高科技戰爭技術。

「阿基里斯之盾」防空系統

國防部長尼科斯·登迪亞斯（Nikos Dendias）在議會表示，此次改革的核心是名為「阿基里斯之盾」（Achilles Shield）的新型防空系統，主要針對與鄰國土耳其的緊張關係。

轉向高科技作戰方式

希臘計劃從傳統防禦策略轉向高科技、網絡化的作戰方式，包括移動式、人工智慧驅動的導彈系統、無人機技術和先進的指揮單位。

士兵裝備與衛星通信

計劃還包括配備傳感器和通信系統的下一代士兵裝備，以及開發專用衛星通信能力，以確保衝突期間的安全通信。

結構改革與國內技術參與

此外，該計劃涉及重大的人事重組，包括合併軍事單位、關閉使用率低的基地，以及解決指揮結構中層級過多的問題。政府還強調，將增加本地科技新創公司的參與，促進國內國防工業的發展。 

與國際夥伴的合作

希臘的現代化計劃已涵蓋所有軍種，並專注於與法國、以色列和美國的合作，包括購買美製F-35戰鬥機。

Greece Plans $27 Billion Investment to Modernize Defense with High-Tech Warfare

The Greek government has announced a plan to invest approximately $27 billion (€25 billion) over the next decade to modernize its defense forces, focusing on high-tech warfare technologies.

‘Achilles Shield’ Air Defense System

Defense Minister Nikos Dendias told parliament that the centerpiece of this overhaul is a new air defense system called “Achilles Shield,” primarily aimed at addressing tensions with neighboring Turkey.

Shift to High-Tech Warfare

Greece plans to transition from traditional defense strategies to a high-tech, networked approach, incorporating mobile, AI-powered missile systems, drone technologies, and advanced command units.

Soldier Equipment and Satellite Communications

The plan also includes next-generation soldier gear equipped with sensors and communication systems, and the development of dedicated satellite capabilities to ensure secure communications …  conflicts.

Structural Reforms and Domestic Tech Participation

Additionally, the initiative involves significant personnel reorganization, merging military units, closing underused bases … .The government emphasizes increased involvement of local tech startups to bolster the domestic defense industry.
