A woman’s resolve rivals any man’s,

With iron will, she braves the frost and snow.

A hero of the Liu clan stirs the heavens,

Soaring high, her steps traverse the world.

 

With wisdom and courage, she lifts the sun and moon,

Her loyal heart illuminates rivers and lands.

Unshaken in turmoil, she upholds righteousness,

Standing tall through storms and trials.

 

With destiny in hand, she pens grand strategies,

A mighty will set to revive the nation.

Delicate shoulders can bear the world,

Keen eyes pierce through all creation.

 

Unyielding spirit climbs the firmament,

A thousand mountains crossed without hesitation.

Her fervent blood sparks the thunder of spring,

Its brilliance ignites the awe of mankind.

 

Her noble virtue echoes through the ages,

Her heroic soul stirs the vast eight realms.

尊敬的各位領袖、各位嘉賓、全球的姐妹們：

 

今天，我站在這裡，不僅是以劉騫的個人身份，更是以三重身份與大家對話——我是上帝的女兒，承載著天命；我是天生地養的女兒，承擔著自然與環境的責任；我是父母所生的女兒，背負著人倫道義的使命。

 

當前，世界正處於動盪與苦難之中，戰爭帶來流離失所，家破人亡，生離死別，無數人的身心靈都受到摧殘。我們如何走出這片陰霾？作為女性，我們如何承擔起自己的角色，幫助世界重建和平？在此，我以中華民國台灣為軸心，劉騫為窗口，聯合國為平台，誠摯地呼籲全球女性攜手共進，發揮無可比擬的力量，救助這個破碎的世界。

 

一、中華民國台灣作為文化與和平的橋樑——劉騫作為窗口的責任

 

中華民國台灣，這片承載著豐富文化與深厚歷史的土地，是我們心靈的根基。我深信，中華民國台灣作為世界文化與和平的橋樑，將成為全球女性凝聚與行動的核心。我，劉騫，作為這一連結的窗口，將不遺餘力地把中華民國台灣的智慧與愛心帶向全球，將我們的文化、理念與行動推向世界。這不僅是我個人的責任，也是每一位女性的責任。

 

二、書道教育——培養完美人格，奠定世界和平的基礎

 

我提出中國正統書法「五正功夫」，即「身正、筆正、心正、思正、念正」，這不僅是一種書寫技藝，更是一種人格修養。透過格物致知的研讀與書寫，我們能夠淨化心靈，培養正確的價值觀，讓女性成為家庭與社會穩定的基石。我們應當利用聯合國這個平台，讓世界各地的女性了解中國正統書法的深厚文化，並將其融入自己的生活與教育，為世界和平奠定堅實的根基。

 

三、素食養生與環保倫理——回歸自然，修復地球

 

身為天生地養的女兒，我們必須珍惜大地母親的恩賜，推廣素食養生，以慈悲的飲食方式守護生命，減少地球負擔。同時，透過環保倫理教育，讓每一位女性成為地球的守護者，為子孫後代留下乾淨的環境。中華民國台灣在環保方面的成就與努力，可以成為全球女性學習的榜樣。我們將這些價值與理念帶到聯合國，讓全球女性攜手推動環保與可持續發展的行動。

 

四、預防醫學與能量醫學——全球女性健康的關鍵

 

健康是世界和平的基礎，我們應當推動預防醫學，讓女性在家庭中發揮「賢妻良母、好姐妹」的角色，守護家人的健康。同時，透過能量醫學，讓全球女性學習如何調養身心，從內在強大自己，進而影響整個世界。我們將以中華民國台灣為模範，推動健康教育，分享素食、養生與預防醫學的知識，並在聯合國這個平台上促進全球女性在健康領域的協作與發展。

 

五、女性的天道使命——坤厚載物，化解世界紛爭

 

女性如地勢坤，厚德載物，我們具備無限的包容力與愛的能量。我們不僅要在家庭中實踐女德，更要將這份愛推展到社會，讓全球女性攜手合作，成為安定世界的力量。以中華民國台灣為軸心，我們將發揮女性的溫柔力量，化解世界各地的紛爭，將這份愛與智慧貫穿在全球的每一個角落，實現世界的和平。

 

結語：女性攜手，共創全球身心靈健康與世界和平

 

世界和平，並非遙不可及的夢想，而是從每一位女性開始。我們要從書道教育建立人格根基，從素食養生與環保倫理保護地球，從預防醫學與能量醫學守護健康，最終發揮女性獨有的智慧與德行，讓世界走向真正的和平。以台灣為軸心，劉騫為窗口，聯合國為平台，讓我們共同攜手，連結全球女性，拯救世界！

Speech by Liu Chien at the United Nations on 3/25

“How Liu Chien Connects Global Women to Save the World”

Liu Chien was born on November 3, 1959, in Taipei County, Taiwan, Republic of China. She is single, a vegetarian, and a graduate of the English Department of the Religious Studies Program at Christ College. She is the founder of the Zhonghua Longhua Yi Yan Calligraphy Immortal Sect and the Chairperson of the Zhonghua Longhua Yi Yan Calligraphy Association.Zhonghua Medical Dao Immortal Sect (Co-founder, with the primary founder being Xie Jian).

 

 

Esteemed leaders, distinguished guests, and sisters around the world,

 

Today, I stand before you not only as Liu Chien, but as a woman bearing three roles in this world: I am the daughter of God, carrying a divine mission; I am the daughter of the Earth, bearing responsibility for nature and the environment; I am the daughter born of my parents, upholding the duties of human relationships.

 

At present, the world is plagued by turmoil and suffering—wars that cause displacement, family destruction, separations between life and death, and the pain of broken bodies and souls. How do we rise from this devastation? As women, how can we embrace our roles in restoring peace to the world? From Taiwan  Republic of China

as the axis, Liu Chien as the window, and the United Nations as the platform, I earnestly call on women worldwide to unite and take action, for we have unparalleled strength to heal a fractured world.

 

1. TaiwanRepublic of China as a Bridge for Culture and Peace—Liu Chien as the Responsible Window

 

Taiwan, Republic of China with its rich culture and deep historical roots, is the foundation of our spirit. I firmly believe that Taiwan,Republic of China as a bridge for global culture and peace, will become the heart of global women’s unity and action. I, Liu Chien, as the window to this connection, will spare no effort to bring Taiwan’s wisdom and love to the world, spreading our culture, ideas, and actions globally. This is not only my responsibility but the responsibility of every woman.

 

2. Calligraphy Education—Cultivating a Perfect Character, Laying the Foundation for World Peace

 

I propose China’s orthodox calligraphy “Five Rightful Practices”, which are “Right Body, Right Brush, Right Heart, Right Thought, and Right Mind.” This is not just a writing skill; it is a cultivation of character. Through the study and practice of the principle of “investigating things to attain knowledge”, we can purify the heart and build correct values, making women the cornerstone of family anRepublic of China United Nations to introduce the world to the profound culture of Chinese calligraphy, incorporating it into our lives and education, thus laying a solid foundation for world peace.

 

3. Vegetarianism, Health, and Environmental Ethics—Returning to Nature, Restoring the Earth

 

As daughters born of the Earth, we must cherish the gifts of Mother Earth and promote vegetarianism for health, nurturing life with compassionate eating habits that reduce the burden on the planet. At the same time, by advocating environmental ethics, we can make every woman a guardian of the Earth, leaving a clean and sustainable environment for future generations. Taiwan’s achievements and efforts in environmental protection can serve as a model for women globally. We will bring these values to the United Nations, uniting women worldwide to promote environmental protection and sustainable development.

 

4. Preventive Medicine and Energy Medicine—The Key to Global Women’s Health

 

Health is the foundation for world peace. We must promote preventive medicine, allowing women to play the role of “wise wives, good mothers, and good sisters,” protecting the health of their families. Simultaneously, through energy medicine, we can teach women globally how to nourish their bodies and minds, growing stronger from within and, in turn, influencing the entire world. Using Taiwan  Republic of China as a model, we will advocate for health education, share knowledge about vegetarianism, health, and preventive medicine, and foster global cooperation among women in the health field.

 

5. The Female Mission—Earth’s Bounty and Resolving Global Conflicts

 

Women, like the Earth, possess the ability to nurture and support. We have the unparalleled capacity for love and compassion. We must not only practice virtue within our families but extend that love to society, so that global women can unite and become the force that stabilizes the world. With Taiwan Republic of China as the axis, we will harness the gentle power of women to resolve conflicts worldwide, spreading love and wisdom to every corner of the globe and achieving lasting peace.

 

Conclusion: Women United to Create Global Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Health and World Peace

 

World peace is not a distant dream; it begins with every woman. We must unite to create a world of physical, mental, and spiritual health. Let us connect with one another, support each other, and, together, become the driving force for a harmonious world. Through Taiwan, I call on all women to come together and embrace their mission to heal the world. The future is in our hands.

劉騫自傳 

        正書法、正人心、

      衛道統、開太平

一、生平簡介

劉騫，1959年出生於台灣省台北縣，祖籍廣東梅縣。自幼天資聰穎，熱愛文化藝術，秉持正統精神，終生致力於中華文化的傳承與弘揚。為堅持道義與信仰，選擇素食與清修，將畢生精力奉獻於書道、音樂與教育。

 

二、音樂與心靈啟蒙

年幼時曾有靈魂出竅的經驗，使其對人生產生更深層的思考。小學時便展現卓越的語言能力，朗讀比賽奪冠，並獲得議長獎。

17歲開始學習古典吉他，啟蒙於前澎湖縣教育局長顏秉直老師，19歲即考入「台北古典吉他合奏團」，成為當時最年輕的成員。在李世登老師的指導下，不斷突破演奏技藝，並在《論語》中領悟音樂的最高境界——「思無邪」。他獨自攜琴前往基隆「忘憂谷」，面對大海苦練琴藝，並廣泛閱讀偉人傳記，奠定其深厚的學養與道德觀。

三、書道之路

23歲開始隨黃伯平老師學習中國正統書法，以書法修心，鍛鍊意志。母親辭世後，他更深入佛理，開啟靈性尋根之旅。

30歲前後，透過長年臨池苦練，最終掌握「永字八法」，進入書道大成之境。寫字時氣力集中於筆尖，字跡如鐫刻於板，筆管對準鼻樑書寫，不僅修正視力，更達到身心合一之境。此後行走世界，筆力穩定，無人能從其手中奪筆。

在師承黃伯平與謝簡老師後，他的書道境界更進一步，深悟「書道心要」與「書道丹青蘊意」。以書法為修行，以筆墨為道途，追求身正、筆正、心正、思正、念正「五正功夫」，實踐「正書法、正人心、衛道統、開太平」之理想。

 

四、教育與文化傳承

26歲首次出國，赴菲律賓、馬來西亞、新加坡宣揚道德仁義。28歲至泰國義務教授中文與音樂，半年內教導200餘名學生，並獲當地人士捐贈場地以延續教育。

32至36歲於基督書院與高雄市古典詩學會進修，旁聽中山大學文學院課程，師承陳新雄、鮑國順、徐漢昌、孔仲溫、余光中等名師，深入訓詁學、聲韻學、蘇東坡研究等領域，並獲推舉加入「中國訓詁學會」。

曾受邀赴非洲教授中文與書法，短短一個月即讓19名學生以標準國語朗讀《心經》。他深知文化傳承的重要性，特別重視東方精神在海外華人的心靈價值。

五、未來展望

進入耳順之年，劉騫不僅總結過去的經歷，更擘劃未來的文化使命：

1. 舉辦「劉騫琴韻書聲世大同書道展」，將書法與音樂結合，於聯合國展現中華文化之美。
2. 編纂《劉騫中國正統書道全集》百冊，涵蓋甲骨文、金文、大篆、小篆、古隸、隸書、真書、天發神讖碑、行書、草書等書體，贈送各國元首，推廣書道藝術。
3. 成為聯合國和平大使，教授世界領袖書法，推動王道思想，實踐「天下為公，世界大同」的理想。

結語

劉騫以書法為志業，以教育為使命，以文化為根本。他的生命歷程不僅是個人的修行之旅，更是一場貫穿古今、融合中西、開創未來的文化復興運動。在他筆下，不只是書法，而是一脈承襲千年的精神之光，照亮世界文化的大同之路。

Autobiography of Liu Chien

Promoting Chinese History and Culture, Revitalizing the Spirit of Orthodox Calligraphy

Upholding True Calligraphy, Cultivating Righteous Minds, Preserving Orthodox Traditions, and Creating a Peaceful Era

I. Biography

Liu Chien was born in 1959 in Taipei County, Taiwan, with ancestral roots in Meixian, Guangdong. Gifted with intelligence from a young age, he developed a deep love for culture and the arts. Upholding the spirit of orthodoxy, he has dedicated his life to the inheritance and promotion of Chinese culture. Out of commitment to morality and faith, he chose a vegetarian and ascetic lifestyle, devoting his life to calligraphy, music, and education.

II. Music and Spiritual Enlightenment

As a child, he experienced an out-of-body phenomenon, which led him to profound reflections on life. During elementary school, he demonstrated exceptional linguistic skills, winning a reading competition and receiving the Speaker’s Award.

At the age of 17, he began learning classical guitar under the tutelage of Yan Bingzhi, former director of the Penghu County Education Bureau. By 19, he had passed the entrance exam for the Taipei Classical Guitar Ensemble, becoming its youngest member at the time. Under the guidance of Li Shideng, he continuously refined his technique and found the highest realm of music in The Analects of Confucius—“Si Wu Xie” (Pure Thought Without Evil).

Carrying his guitar, he would travel alone to Wangyou Valley in Keelung, where he practiced tirelessly by the sea. He also extensively read biographies of great figures, laying the foundation for his deep learning and moral philosophy.

III. The Path of Calligraphy

At 23, he began learning Chinese Orthodox Calligraphy under Master Huang Boping, using calligraphy as a means of cultivating inner discipline and resilience.

After his mother’s passing, he delved deeper into Buddhist philosophy, embarking on a spiritual journey to seek his roots.

Around the age of 30, through years of relentless practice, he mastered the Eight Principles of the Yong Character and reached the pinnacle of calligraphic artistry. Concentrating his energy at the tip of the brush, his strokes bore the precision of engravings. Writing with the brush aligned to his nose not only corrected his eyesight but also allowed him to attain a state of physical and mental unity. From then on, as he traveled the world, his brushwork remained steady—no one could snatch the brush from his hand.

After studying under Masters Huang Boping and Xie Jian, he elevated his calligraphy to new heights, deeply understanding The Essence of Calligraphy and The Artistic Connotations of Calligraphy and Painting. He pursued the Five Disciplines of Perfection—body, brush, mind, thought, and intent—realizing the ideals of True Calligraphy, Righteous Minds, Orthodox Preservation, and Universal Peace.

IV. Education and Cultural Heritage

At 26, he traveled abroad for the first time, visiting the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore to promote morality and benevolence.

At 28, he voluntarily taught Chinese and music in Thailand, educating over 200 students within six months. The locals, recognizing his dedication, donated a venue to sustain his educational efforts.

Between the ages of 32 and 36, he pursued further studies at Christ’s College and the Kaohsiung Classical Poetry Society, auditing courses at Sun Yat-sen University’s College of Liberal Arts. He studied under renowned scholars such as Bao Guoshun, Xu Hanchang, Kong Zhongwen, and Yu Guangzhong, delving into exegetics, phonology, and Su Dongpo’s literary research. He was later recommended to join the Chinese Society of Exegesis.

He was invited to Africa to teach Chinese and calligraphy, where, within just one month, 19 students were able to recite the Heart Sutra in standard Mandarin. Recognizing the significance of cultural heritage, he placed special emphasis on the spiritual value of Eastern traditions among overseas Chinese communities.

V. Future Vision

Entering his sixties, Liu Chien not only reflects on his past experiences but also charts a grand vision for cultural advancement:

1. Hosting the “Liu Chien Calligraphy and Music World Unity Exhibition”
   • Combining calligraphy with music to showcase the beauty of Chinese culture at the United Nations.
2. Compiling The Complete Collection of Liu Chien’s Chinese Orthodox Calligraphy
    

• A 100-volume anthology covering Oracle Bone Script, Bronze Inscriptions, Large Seal Script, Small Seal Script, Ancient Clerical Script, Clerical Script, Regular Script, Tian Fa Shen Chen Bei (a unique stele script), Running Script, and Cursive Script.
• Presented as a gift to world leaders to promote the art of calligraphy.

3. Becoming a United Nations Peace Ambassador
    

• Teaching world leaders calligraphy and advocating for the principles of Wangdao (The Kingly Way), realizing the vision of “The world belongs to all, and universal unity prevails.”

Conclusion

 

Liu Chien has dedicated his life to calligraphy as his mission, education as his duty, and culture as his foundation. His journey is not only a personal path of spiritual cultivation but also a cultural renaissance that bridges ancient and modern, East and West, shaping the future.

Under his brush, calligraphy is not merely an art form—it is a luminous spirit passed down for millennia, illuminating the path toward global cultural unity.

On this special day, I would like to extend my sincerest blessings to every woman present. Your courage and perseverance are vital forces driving social progress. At this international gathering of women’s solidarity and cooperation, let us stand together, support one another, and jointly pursue a future of equality and respect.

 

Liu Chien, a single woman from Taiwan, Republic of China, has lived a life of authenticity through her exceptional talents and unwavering determination. Her journey has been filled with challenges and inspiration, always guided by courage and conviction, believing that with effort, any obstacle can be overcome. Today, I am deeply honored to share her story, so that we may all appreciate her perseverance and achievements.

 

At this international conference on women’s unity and collaboration, I sincerely wish that every woman finds her inner strength, walks forward hand in hand, and creates a more equal and inclusive world. Let us support and encourage one another as we strive for our dreams together.
