全球氣候變遷與地緣政治風險，促使無人機科技迅速崛起，不僅強化交通運補韌性，更開創經濟、社會及國防等多元市場。日前，工研院舉辦「無人機技術與應用市場研討會」，深入探討全球無人機發展趨勢及臺灣供應鏈機會。

Amid global climate change and geopolitical risks, drone technology is rapidly rising, enhancing transportation resilience and creating new economic, social, and defense markets. The Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) recently held the "Drone Technology and Application Market Seminar" to explore global drone development trends and Taiwan's supply chain opportunities.

工研院專家岳俊豪指出，無人機產業主要聚焦三大方向：從消費型應用擴展至救災、巡檢、測繪及物流運輸；透過無人機強化緊急物資及醫療運輸；並在地緣政治影響下，成為小國對大國不對稱作戰的重要工具。

ITRI expert Yue Chun-Hao highlighted three key focuses in the drone industry: expanding from consumer use to disaster relief, inspection, mapping, and logistics; enhancing emergency supply and medical transport; and serving as an asymmetric warfare tool for smaller nations against major powers due to geopolitical influences.

Taiwan's Three Major Strategies for Drone Development

1. 創新研發與產業聚落：於嘉義成立亞洲無人機AI創新應用研發中心，集結數十家廠商，形成完整的產業生態系。
2. 擴大國內市場：透過國防部的軍用商規採購案，增加內需規模。
3. 國際合作與海外拓展：組成「台灣卓越無人機海外商機聯盟」，以G2G模式進行國際合作。
4. Innovation and Industrial Clustering: Establishing the Asia Drone AI Innovation Application Center in Chiayi, gathering dozens of manufacturers to form a complete industrial ecosystem.
5. Expanding the Domestic Market: Increasing local demand through the Ministry of National Defense’s military procurement projects.
6. International Collaboration and Expansion: Forming the "Taiwan Excellence Drone Global Business Alliance" to promote international cooperation through G2G (Government-to-Government) partnerships.
