2008年成立的天恩關懷協會，其創立人朱書英牧師成立此協會的契機是想幫助弱勢孩童。一切的開始始於一個夢，後來慢慢地成立協會并且有專門的老師為孩童設置課程，提供的不僅僅只是在學習上，還包括了心靈上的陪伴與關懷。
