衛武營是南部民眾很期待的地方，尤其是文藝界，國家音樂劇場、廣大的公園，戶外演出場地，一次可以容納兩三個不同的單位，舉辦活動而不互相干擾，對人民來說平日也是最好休閒之處，相信有一天這裡一定會是文藝氣息很高的地方。
