實施多年的紙本問卷調查模式,被國稅局說成效果不彰,因為抄來抄去的答案不中肯,還不如用生動有趣的有獎徵答,就算答題者出現錯誤答案,也正好可以即時灌輸正確的答案,在一問一答的同時,也可以討論,效果當然就會比較好.
