Eco-chefs visit Huanan Elementary School

Huanan Elementary School is located in the rich natural mountain ecology of Gukeng. On entering the campus, I saw a tent set up and was met with a deliciously fragrant smell. It turned out to be a group of eco-chefs integrating Gukeng coffee into dishes in a novel ecological cooking tour.

During the activity, the chefs carefully guided the children and taught them to cherish all natural things. By incorporating the pure flavor of Gukeng coffee, they were able to create a variety of delicacies. A combination of delicious and healthy local ingredients, careful presentation, the ingenuity of the eco-chefs, and the joint cooking efforts of Huanan Elementary School students filled the campus with an unforgettable atmosphere filled with fun and joy.

生態廚師到華南

位於古坑山上的華南實驗國小，有著豐富的大自然生態。一進校園就看到搭設好的帳篷，又聞到香噴噴的味道，原來是一群生態廚師把古坑咖啡融入料理，準備帶孩子進行一場生態料理。

活動過程廚師們細心引導孩子動手實作，孩子在實作的過程學習珍惜自然萬物，將古坑咖啡最純粹的味道融入，就能變換出各式各樣的佳餚。美味又健康的在地食材，再加上用心的擺盤，透過生態廚師的巧思及華南實驗國小學生的共同料理，校園充斥著開心的氣氛讓人回味無窮。
