BBC World News Ex-director Phil Harding Visited Taiwan (2009/12)

After the 2009 Public Broadcasters International (PBI), BBC World Service Ex-director Phil Harding visited Taiwan and gave a fantastic seminar tailored to PTS in Tawian. After the Seminar, Phil was given a tour of PTS to know more about the operation of PeoPo. PeoPo presentation greatly impressed Phil, and he appreciated PeoPo's contribution very much. As a  senior journalist with 30 long years of experience, Phil also provided PTS with some great suggestions for the development of PEOPO.
