八月十六日下午一點十二分,假冬山河香格里拉渡假村,由民間團體發起,召開縣民論壇,邀請各界人士約一百多人與會,共同提出對策與建議,將意見匯集後,呈給現政府參考!會議由香格里拉董事長張清來先生主持,邀請兩位學者當引言人,以及各社團,產業代表,共同提出民間的意見!經過熱烈發言和討論,做成決議,將意見遞交給現政府參考!
