在台灣開設 地中海飲食的 希臘餐廳

常面臨的 兩個問題是

較高的 食材價格 以及

較陌生的 飲食習慣

the difficulties about the Greek resturant (希臘餐館的困難處)

the biggest challenge was to find the ingredients (最大的挑戰是找食材)

because most of the ingredients was imported from Greece (因為大部份的食材 都從希臘進口的)

we find someone else imported for us (我們找到別人 幫我們進口)

then is go to make the price higher make our resturant (那麼 餐廳的成本 會較高)

price is higher that’s not good there is very competitive (價格高 是不好的 很競爭的)

so the biggest challenge was to find the right ingredients in the right price (所以 最大的挑戰是 找價格好的食材)

so we can still beat in thecompetitive area (所以我們 在競爭的地區 有競爭力)

after difficulities other difficulities are like... (其他的困難 就像...)

Taiwanese are a little bit difficult to try new things (台灣人有點不輕易嘗試新的東西)

So I think one of the other difficulties we have (所以 我認為 我們有的另外的困難是)

the customers to come and try for the first time (顧客 第一次來嘗試)

after try I am sure he will come back (吃過後 我相信 會再回來)

because something new something  taste the flavors are different (因為口味是新的 是不一樣的) 

anything he knows before and going to like it (以前不知道 但會喜歡的)

and the biggest challenge of all is (最大的挑戰是)

how to cook the dishes some dishes are slow cooked (如何去料理 要很花時間的)

from 9 before 5 to 6  8 hours (9點前 要煮 5 到 6 8個小時)

and all the preperation is kind of hard (所有的準備 是會累人的) 

but I think it is being of slowly slowly (但我認為 慢慢 慢慢的)

people start to like it start having regular customers (人們開始喜歡吃 也有固定的顧客)

people like Greek food (人們喜歡希臘食物)

because only ideas about the Greek about the (關於希臘食物的觀念)

european food is only spaghetti and pizza (歐洲食物 只有 義大利麵及比薩餅)

that’s the only thing they know (那是他們 僅知道的事)

they ask many customers come and ask for pizza (顧客進來 要點比薩)

but that’s not Greek (但那不是 希臘餐)

那其實 現在 以台灣來講的話 

希臘料理 主要是 集中在

台北 台中 和高雄

那他們的料理 其實比較 偏向就是 

摩洛哥和土耳其 這方面的料理 

那他的 希臘味道的 本身的話

就 比較沒有 那麼道地 

所以 為什麼說 我跟我先生

會想要 就在台灣 開一家 真正的 

比較道地的 希臘餐 也是這個原因
