李忠衛 (未驗證) ・ 2009/10/05 23:53 檢舉 的確，報導災害新聞的速度常趕不上截稿速度，因此還是得仰賴圖片與錄影機說明會比較來得及吧。 方才看了一些新聞，像是中央社也是以圖為主，報導內容相當簡要，讀者一讀就懂。而有些新聞數據也是隨著雨量上升，像是蘭陽大橋的水位就一直飆升，從7.09公尺上升到現在的7.24公尺，快達到一級警戒的7.3公尺。 所以，公民記者也常與時間賽跑，跟專業記者一樣，是相當了不起的地方。
