為期44天的宜蘭國際蘭雨節，在昨天畫下句點，精彩熱鬧的閉幕典禮吸引不少遊客聚集觀賞，
入園人數更是突破了百萬人次，縣長並與遊客相約2010年再見。

在閉幕典禮前，民進黨議會黨團用竹筏航行冬山河，效法電影「赤壁」中情節遊河，
敲著戰鼓，表達對復辦童玩節的決心。

復辦童玩節公投案，遭審議委員會否決之後，民進黨的陳情動作頻頻，
不斷推出許多創意的抗議方式，並也強調最後只有〝換縣長〞，才能讓童玩起死回生。
針對民進黨的抗議動作，宜蘭縣政府表示尊重，並也強調國際蘭雨節舉辦2年，
獲得眾多遊客好評為縣內帶來極大的觀光利益 童玩節是否起死回生，
或著蘭雨節就此落幕，就看年底的縣長選舉，來定出勝負。
