Hong Yu resources vehicle visits countryside to provide early treatment

Through the use of a child development resources vehicle, Hong Yu Social Welfare Foundation (弘毓社會福利基金會) has been providing care in coastal and mountain areas that lack treatment resources. Stopping at designated points in the area, the mobile child development vehicle uses private resources and professionally trained staff from the areas of physics, vocational competencies, language, special education, psychology, social work and other fields, to provide library teaching aids, social services, medical screening and guidance, parenting demonstrations, and treatment consultations.

Expert staff and parents use a process of games to assist and understand children’s development in the areas of cognition, language, work quality, social emotional learning and sense organs.

弘毓社會福利基金會，運用兒童發展資源車，到療育資源較缺乏的山海地區進行關懷。兒童發展資源車透過走動式「巡迴定點」的服務，結合民間資源以及物理、職能、語言、特教、心理、社工等領域的專業人員，並提供圖書教具借閱、社工服務、篩檢及宣導、親職示範及療育諮詢等多元化的服務。透過遊戲過程，專業人員與家長能夠協助及了解孩子在認知、語言、粗細動作、社會情緒、感官等各項領域的發展。
