經營綠盈牧場的顏志輝，有感國人對酪農產業的陌生、對牛乳製品認知的薄弱，不僅自創品牌，於民國91年獲得「神農獎」。他也毅然的決定將綠盈牧場轉型為一開放的休閒牧場，不僅能夠提供一個舒適悠閒的活動空間並期望透過解說與活動讓消費大眾對乳牛與牛乳有更深一層的認識。
