Under the scorching heat of summer, armed with only a handmade wooden cart and cocoa powder, Huang Shu-wei (黃書韋) - aka ‘Chocolate Brother’- is touring the universities of Taiwan, blending glass after glass of refreshing smoothie for students.

Huang Shu Wei dreams of using his chocolate smoothie stand to pay his way around Taiwan on a yearlong tour. Originally a student at National Taiwan University’s Department of Agricultural Extension Education (台灣大學農業推廣學系), in order to realize a childhood dream, after graduation he made a resolve to embark on a tour around the island.

In each place Huang Shu-wei visits, prior to setting up stall, he always spends some time visiting local shops and schools to acquaint himself with the culture and customs of the area and get to know the people.
