In order to make suitable exercise accessible to the wider community of disabled Taipei residents, yoga teacher and polio sufferer Caitanya (連欽發), has set up a special yoga course at SongShan Community University. Caitanya gave up his former work in order to focus on yoga, and give friends in the disabled community a relaxed and positive yoga-learning environment. In addition to studying yoga, participants enjoy valuable sharing time, where they build meaningful relationships with each other through the spiritually orientated yoga that Caitanya teaches. Brave Yoga teaches love and positivity for the world, and through its simple yoga movements, participants move towards complete peace of mind, body and spirit.
