Possessing great dexterity and brilliant creativity, electrician and plumber Yang Bai-zhong has taken broken fans, pots, pans and various other scrap items, including toilet bowls discarded at the side of the road, to ingeniously create magnificent works of art and provide passersby and feast for the eyes. Yan Bai-zhong said that living in an outlying district, he often witnessed people discarding their unwanted items. One day he realized that he could use other people’s junk to create something new, brightening up the surrounding area and dispensing of the unwanted eyesore in one fell swoop.

在台南有一位擁有巧手與創意的水電師傅楊百仲，不論是壞掉的電風扇或是鍋碗瓢盆，甚至是棄置在路邊的廢棄馬桶，經過他的巧思都變成生動的藝術品，讓經過的的人都會心一笑。楊百仲說，以往在田間偏遠的道路常有人丟棄廢棄物，他看到之後發現可以再利用，就開始了創作的念頭，既可以美化環境，也可以減少不必要的垃圾。
