Have you ever tried listening to the pulse of the city via sound? In today's fast-moving information world, we tend to use our vision to take in messages and the characteristics of local cultures and are gradually ignoring input from our remaining weakened sense organs. However, in Taiwan, some individuals have discovered the importance of sound to people and the environment, and attempted to help others reacquaint themselves with the environment through a "soundscape.”

Our sense of hearing may seem insignificant, but because of this ordinary yet profound experience of sound, we are able to build a vivid and complete picture in our memory. Sound waves disappear when you stop listening, but a recorded soundscape will go down in the annals of history.

也許聽覺的感受看似微小，但因為這樣深刻的平庸之處，讓每段記憶的碎片愈加完整。聲波流動的痕跡在未被聆聽時終會消逝，但記錄下來的聲景，卻能夠成為未來的歷史。
